HR SELF-SERVICE
A civil construction company on the east coast wanted a way for their team members in the field to be able to view their pay stubs, see company announcements, and edit their personal information directly from their personal or work phone. Nobious built them a custom solution, which integrated directly with Viewpoint Vista to pull pay stubs and make them available to users in the field. The solution also processed requests from team members to change their personal information such as address or phone number. It allowed team members in the field to upload documents and forms to HR by selecting the file on their phone or by taking a photo which was them automatically attached by the software.
