HR SELF-SERVICE

A civil construction company on the east coast wanted a way for their team members in the field to be able to view their pay stubs, see company announcements, and edit their personal information directly from their personal or work phone. Nobious built them a custom solution, which integrated directly with Viewpoint Vista to pull pay stubs and make them available to users in the field.  The solution also processed requests from team members to change their personal information such as address or phone number. It allowed team members in the field to upload documents and forms to HR by selecting the file on their phone or by taking a photo which was them automatically attached by the software. CLIENT PROFITABILITY REPORTS

Our client’s executive team desired to begin analyzing the profitability of their customers. They engaged Nobious to design and develop a report to associate and compare how expenses and revenues related to an individual customer. Nobious completed the analysis to define the profitability calculation, identify all required data sources, and develop a straightforward report to show a single profit number, by month, for each customer. Now the company can identify the least and most profitable clients and services. The report is used to make strategic decisions on a regular basis.

ANNUAL BENEFITS ENROLLMENT AUTOMATION

Our client, a Human Resources outsourcing company, provides employee benefit management services to their customers. Each year they facilitate an annual benefits enrollment process for their customers, and they needed a way to more effectively manage these updates. Nobious analyzed all aspects of the process and identified a new approach that automated repeated processes and better guided the manual components. The solution also provided better tracking and insights to their customers. Now the enrollment process requires fewer people to manage and is completed in significantly less time each year.

CAREER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our client wanted to implement an Employee Learning Management System, but all were expensive and lacking important capabilities. One big problem was that most systems were only able to track all internal or external learning well, but not both. APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM

Our client was looking for a replacement to the expensive system they were currently using. They engaged Nobious to develop a custom Applicant Tracking System that better met their needs and did not require monthly fees. The solution managed the company’s corporate website career page and the entire hiring process from start to finish. PURCHASE ORDER APPROVALS

Our customer was paying a large extra monthly fee for their ERP system’s Purchase Order Approval module. They wanted to save money and improve features, so they had us build a custom solution. It integrated tightly with their ERP system and managed their internal Purchase Order request process from start to finish. Custom approval rules can be managed within the system and all activity for each P.O. is tracked including vendor correspondance.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AUTOMATION

For this service-oriented client, it was becoming a problem to coordinate between Project Management and Accounting to determine when they were ready to invoice their customers. They contacted Nobious and we developed a solution to track invoice scheduling, reviews and approvals. The solution also integrates directly with the company’s ERP and Sales Commissions systems.

SALES COMMISIONS

Our client had a common problem. They had a commission system separate from their ERP system, which required them to manually re-enter data on a monthly basis. In order to elminiate the duplicate entry, Nobious created a process to automically and reliably syncronize the data between their systems on a nightly basis.
