Our solution can recognize your internal part numbers as well as the barcode numbers of your suppliers.  This minimizes the tedious task of applying a barcode to every item. You can use the packaging barcode already provided.

When the truck arrives, simply grab a scanner and start unloading the truck.  Using Nobious receiving items to a PO is easy.  You can quickly print a barcode from the scanner or scan the barcode already on the packing.  All the receipts are automatically sent to your accounting system. 

Tracking consumables can be difficult when items are coming in and out on an hourly basis.  Our system provides the ability to reserve consumables and automatically tracks consumables used by job.

Some items are purchased directly to a job however other items are consumed from inventory.  Your Nobious system understands the difference and manages your processes accordingly.  When consuming from inventory, general ledger transactions are automatically created and, if required, the customer is automatically invoiced.
