Our client’s growth strategy has included multiple acquisitions over the past few years.  During that time Nobious has contributed significantly to their integration efforts to incorporate these new businesses into their company.  Because of our extensive experience within the sales and commissions space, Nobious was engaged to integrate several sales related systems for the company in order to eliminate significant manual entry that was being completed every month.  The effort touched ordering systems, accounting systems, as well as customer relationship management (Salesforce.com CRM) and commission systems.  In the end, our client had a dependable and fully automated data management process extending from customer order to payment to commissions.  All manual entry was removed from the process, human error was eliminated, and reporting and commission payments were more timely.

Travel Request Approval

TRAVEL REQUEST APPROVAL

Our client has customers in dozens of countries all over the world.  Their Sales and Service teams travel regularly to service these customers when needed, therefore the company maintains a formal process for requesting and receiving approval for travel related expenses.  The process they have used for years worked well but it was built on a technology that was no longer supported.  They engaged Nobious to develop a new solution.  Nobious designed a custom web-based travel request form that used Microsoft’s Office 365 Power Automate Flows to manage the routing and approval process.  This approach had several advantages including low development cost, increased capabilities, and no need for additional licensing purchases.  Now the company has a solution with additional features to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

A construction company was in need of a new system that controlled all of the personal information of employees, job titles of workers and outside help. Nobious created a custom system that was tailored to their every need, including the typical features one could find on an off-the-shelf program, along with custom features- like adding users who are outside of this specific company network. The system allows for timekeepers to create “groups” for who can track time for who, and who is allowed certain access over others. Data can be connected from other ERP systems within the company to automatically sync to Viewpoint Vista, which is controlled by the administrator.
