Our customer was paying a large extra monthly fee for their ERP system's Purchase Order Approval module. They wanted to save money and improve features, so they had us build a custom solution. It integrated tightly with their ERP system and managed their internal Purchase Order request process from start to finish. Custom approval rules can be managed within the system and all activity for each P.O. is tracked including vendor correspondance.
