We’re not just talking about replacing your keyboard. Our solution connects smart phones and hand held laser scanners that can think on their own. Our scanner app replaces your keyboard, your computer and sometimes your brain! Don’t have a scanner? No problem, simply install it on your Android or iOS phone and scan with the camera.

Scan to Order and Receive

Add items to a purchase order with a simple scan. Enter the quantity or scan again to add another…your choice. When the items arrive to the warehouse or job site, scan the barcode already on its packaging to automatically receive it to the PO. Have bulk items with no barcode…No Problem! Just tap the item on your phone or scanner, view the image to confirm a match and it’s received. Done!

Lookup and Find:

Need to find something in the warehouse or on the jobsite? Scan it’s barcode or quickly search and a list of quantities, locations and allocations are displayed. Or, scan a location to see a list of items and quantities in that location.

Move and Consume

Need to do a little rearranging or staging? Simply scan an item or multiple items and their new location to move them. Ready to use a part or some materials? Just scan what you need, select a Job, work order or piece of equipment than tap Consume. That’s it!

Reserve and Release:

Do you keep some frequently used items in stock? Ready to reserve some for your job or work order? Just scan and enter a quantity, now no one else can use those items without your permission. Need to share with someone else? Simply scan and release all or some of your reserved quantities back to inventory.
