A transaction is a meaningful item event—such as receiving materials, issuing to a job, or transferring between locations. Internal system activity, searches, and reporting do not count. 2,000 transactions are typically sufficient for most organizations in the first 1–2 years of use.

What happens during the Implementation phase?

We don't just hand you software. Your project manager maps the platform to your physical warehouse layouts, ensures your operations and accounting workflows are fully automated, and delivers on-site training for your warehouse and field teams before you go live.

Will we receive surprise overage charges?

No. Nobious does not enforce automatic overage billing. Your base subscription includes up to 2,000 transactions per month. If your operation scales significantly beyond this, we discuss options transparently and in advance of billing.
